Lying involves simply telling things which are not true and which you know are not true.PR involves presenting a viewpoint which changes your outlook on what is true, even if that viewpoint is not exactly true..An example: “It’s sex and everybody lies about sex.”. In that instance, the focus was brought to the rock bottom initial action and taken away from subsequent lying to federal judges or abuse of power over someone under you, litterally and breaking of related laws which you personally signed to protect innocent damsels from predators. (note a related peculiar viewpoint in which females are helpless and to be protected from all men?)
