Just because Tip isn’t interested in the girl in the drone, doesn’t mean that the reverse doesn’t hold true…I’m guessing that the “interface already embedded in the Whimsy structure” is another windup doll. Cinderella? Or Minnie? (Annie Mouse?)
So Tip’s superpower even extends to two of the three drone’s users (Mr. Green and Whimsy). Ironically the third user has no use for him.
