The “chemical weapons” ban after WW I, was about mustard agent and phosgene, not nerve agents developed much later. Nerve agents like VX kill in less than five seconds, much more “humane”, than the conventional weapons that have already killed some 100,000 people in Syria.
Chemical weapons are a false canard to get us into yet another civil war we should have not part in. If the NATO countries want to act, let them, but without us this time!
