I remember that, Dukedog. Came out in Ellery Queen’s Mystery Magazine in the seventies. I was just remembering that story the other day.There was a copycat story in which the woman was making several loaves of bread, put the knife she stabbed her husband with in the centre of a loaf and threw it into a deep ravine after the cops left, taking with them a free loaf.
