I think the cartoon is just making fun of the White House’s abbility to send a consistent message. Can you please help me understand how it is a statement by the cartoonist that America’s voice should be heeded by all, far and wide?
My favorite story that I read today came from Ecuador.The President of Ecuador has been criticized by newspapers for wanting to drill for oil on an Amazon preserve.So he wants to ban print newspapers to save trees.Electronic news would be OK, though.
