I predict Pastis is going to get some angry letters about this one.

I wouldn’t have expected Rat to pray at all, but this is the prayer I would expect from a praying Rat. Goat is overly judgemental for a cartoon character, but I can appreciate his sentiment. Rat is sooooo bad….

It’s good to try to change the things we cannot accept. There are many unacceptable things that need changing—and don’t change because good people do nothing.

That would cover the first paragraph of the prayer.

Sounds like a perfectly good prayer to me. Unless you can’t change what you can’t accept. Then you just drive yourself nuts.
