    That was a really funny cartoon, and I do appreciate the pure art with which Danziger makes up his Editorial cartoons (even when I do not always agree with his viewpoints)!

    A fine old pragmatic banking tradition continues. Was it from the novel 1919, by John Dos Passos? —.“Wars and panics on the stock exchange, / machine gun fire and arson, / bankruptcies, war loans, / starvation, lice, cholera and typhus: good growing weather for the House of Morgan.”.The U.S.A. Trilogy is still worth reading: The 42nd Parallel (1930); 1919, (1932); and The Big Money (1936).
