I getting to feel that politicians are worse than the criminals we have locked up in prison at least they admit they did it to ‘line their pockets’. Politicians steal and lie to us and tell us that they do it for the ‘public good’ or the ‘good of the country. I wish we had ’initiative and referendum’ on a national level that was binding so we could get rid of the crooks that we have in the Capitol Building in Washington! ! !

All the idiotic Bucks County voters succeeded in doing was block the part of the project that actually would have helped people in Bucks County. The contract with PECO was legally binding, and the water continues to flow down the Perkiomen. Where, for the sake of those unfamilair, it has made no noticable difference to the stream. Nor has it made any difference to the Delaware. But for the obvious presence of the Bradshaw reservoir, you would never know the project existed.
