http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2013/08/02/Five-things-media-arent-telling-you-about-jobs-numbersNew%20Article-prints 4 pages, “5 Things Media Aren’t Telling You About Today’s Jobs Numbers”……Factual, provable informationshowing that THERE HAS BEEN NO RECOVERY.-Under 2% “annual growth” in the Economy is not “recovery”…-Since Obama’s policies began, Americans have lost 9 million jobs. The “new jobs” Obama/Democrats claim for 2013 are 77% Part-Time and don’t you know people who are working more than one part-time job to survive?-Obama inherited a Debt of $10.6 Trillion, January 2009.July 2013 the Debt is $17 Trillion and treasury stopped the Debt Clock!!! And keeps on spending deficit-borrowed money.

When Republicans are in charge, it’s spend, spend, spend. When Democrats are in charge, it’s cut, cut, cut. Government spending has always helped an iconic recovery. Do nothing obstructionist Republicans have prevented a faster recovery. And there IS a recovery, changing the definition does not make it go away.

Ansonia, that is simply not true. In all other recoveries, we’ve spent more than we are spending now, and the stimulus has helped us out, exactly as predicted by economics. If the GOP actually cared about deficits (which they don’t), raising taxes back to Clinton-era levels would be on the table, and balancing the budget would be trivial. Even the GOP could do it.

During this “recovery” the employment participation rate has gone through the floor. Just before Obama was re-elected the unemployment numbers hit around 7-8%. It was only because they had removed a huge number of those that had given up from the equation. Romney’s camp were foolish for not challening Obama on this, particularly during the debates.Recently the media was bragging about a couple of hundred thousand jobs that had been created this year. They left out the other part of the story that the lionshare were part-time jobs. A quarter of a million full time positions had been eliminated. Now, In a couple of months the administration will be bragging about job creation in the third quarter as they have done ever since he was first elected. They always conveniently leave out the part about these being temporary christmas season positions. This is not a fox news thing. Stop worshipping politicians, people. This is why they have us under a barrel.
