Gitmo never should have been built, our supermax are just fine for the job, already built, and cheaper to operate, and keeping people in them would have followed the Constitution and international law, but Bush/Cheney couldn’t have that, and contractors wouldn’t have gotten billions of dollars for a waste, but Dick of course doesn’t know any contractors.
