I never heard of post office. Must be because Im not a unicorn. Though I would have loved to seen Marigold in the old west as part of the pony express . Dang I keep thinking of these cool fan art ideas. Down side you get letters with holes in them. Now I wounder if Marigold invented the doughnut?

I used to deliver mail. I don’t see the entertainment value in it!

Phoebe should take care with her boasts…Marigold may end up creating “Einstein Express” * for real in the midst of their game of “Post Office!”

“Einstein Express” was a “Saturday Night Live” TV show skit involving a futuristic package delivery service, enabled by advanced physics, that was able to deliver “When it absolutely, positively, has to be there yesterday.” One customer was an embarrassed-looking young man who, when asked where and when he wanted his bottle of birth-control pills sent, answered sheepishly: “To my girlfriend…nine months ago…”

I never played “post office” either, but the way I’ve heard it’s supposed to be something like “spin the bottle.” Some kind of coming-of-age pubescent game. Maybe one of these readers can explain it.

When a human and a unicorn play post office, I prefer to call it “Express Pony”

OT, Dana, have you seen GoComics’ “Kate the Great”? That too includes a single-digit girl and a unicorn — well, pegacorn — along with a dragon.

I wounder if Post office is a game like playing house, playing doctor etc or if its more of a red rover, Marco polo, thing. Not that Marigold gets the rules of Marco Polo, but maybe she has an advantage,. The snail mail generation vs the e-mail generation.

The REAL post office is played by a gang of kids who have secret mailbox locations all over town. The object is to find the other kids’ mailbox and steal their mail..No one ever guess the old grain silo has a loose brick 3 down and 4 over, from…..NOT TELLING

Mind one thing however. When playing Post Office make sure no one has Mono. That’s how my cousin got it one year then gave it to me after she spread it to the rest of the family. She was a free spirit and loved to spread kisses. Future Hippie girl back in 1960.Don’t know what else she spread around but she finally settled down by 1970.
