Years ago, I remember seeing a picture of Queen Elizabeth, walking out with her corgis, and she was wearing a head scarf. I don’t think she belonged to a gang.
Being queen, she could wear whatever she wanted to. And no, she did not wear a crown on top of the scarf to let people know she was the queen.
