When I was working, I had a whole wardrobe of raincoats, carrying extras in the car with me.Believe me, they all leak eventually, even sealed Gortex. You learn how to layer them, each with inside and outside pockets. Tools could get lost in there.Carried umbrellas, too, but they are hard to use when your hands are occupied with clipboards, pencils and cameras.
