I remember going to the movies on a Saturday afternoon for a dime, with a nickel for candy. A continuous running show with a newsreel, the main movie, the second movie, usually a cowboy story, and a cartoon.
Now, it’s a bazillion trailers, and 1 movie, maybe about $10. depending on where you live. And not even a cartoon. What a rip off.
@SUSANNEWMAN…Actually , the lowest standard-style comic book is now $2.99 and here , in coastal/Northern California , a standard-priced movie is more like $10.50-$11.50 !!!!!!!!!:—
