In the old days lobster was not desirable. It was considered a peasant food. But, I guess, the invention of melted garlic-butter it became the gourmet meal that it is.

Any food that has to be dipped in garlic butter to be palatable is not worth eating. Try lobster without dipping it. Nasty!
Give me a good rib-eye steak any time! At least cows eat grass. Lobsters eat all kinds of garbage off the ocean floor.
