If a law that Congress creates does not work well, then Congress should then be able to modify said law for the better. But so far all of the provisions of the ACA healthcare law have not even begun to come into actuality. So why not wait and see just what works, and what does not work?
Okay,Obama decides to administratively defer enforcement of the portion of the law Republicans hate most, and it’s conservatives who leap forward to blame him??? Mid terms are a year and a half away, and Republicans have already been campaigning for over six months. Get real, folks.

Lets not have the fit hit the shan right before the mid-term elections so instead, just ignore the constitution and make a Royal Decree.
