I wish I had had a ‘Granpa’ to take me fishin’. My dad stopped taking me when I caught: a) bigger fish or: b) more fish than he did. Same thing for golf and ‘shroomin’. Needless, to say, much wasn’t passed on from one generation to another except how to get drunk ! !
