The NSA was established by a Democrat – Harry Truman – in 1952. The director of the NSA has traditionally been a career military officer with a rank of Lt. General or higher ( a Vice-Admiral if the Director is a Naval officer). The position is considered non-political in nature.
this guy did what the constitution said he had a duty to do, speak out against government over-reach. He should be pardoned. I know lots of people don’t see it that way, but saying what we believe is a right we all have.
