The willingness of the Con Trolls to ignore reality is mind boggling. Why are Social Security and Medicare entitlements? Because the recipients have already paid for the benefit – they are ENTITLED to it. Are both programs in need of fixing? Yes!! So stop telling the people who have paid for the benefit they don’t really deserve it. Human up and fix the programs. Social Security is easy – minor adjustments will solve that problem. Medicare is tougher – you have to eliminate the fraudulent billing by the service providers. And it’s obvious Republicans love crocked businesses.
Imagine how clean our streets would be if all those freeloaders were made to pick up trash. They could also mow lawns, clean urinals and bathe the elderly.Instead, they just play XBox and sell drugs on the side. Oh and walk to the mailbox to pick up their welfare check.
Democrats have got them hook, line and sinker. Kinda like a heroine dealer. Once they’re hooked, it’s almost impossible to get off and they’ve got a voter for freebies for life. Just ask Barry.
“Why are a high percentage of Social Security payment made to people who never paid into the system?”The only people getting Social Security who did not pay are those receiving survivors benefits. There are 6.3 million people receiving survivor benefits. In 1970, there were 6.4 million.People on SSDI (Disability) have paid in. I think it’s worth arguing that in a lot of cases, it shouldn’t be a permanent benefit. A disability that keeps you from doing your previous work, doesn’t mean you can’t do something else. Instead of SSDI for life, there should be an emphasis on retraining & acquiring education. SSDI only accounts for 20% of beneficiaries. <ahref="http://www.ssa.gov/oact/STATS/OASDIbenies.html>http://www.ssa.gov/oact/STATS/OASDIbenies.html
“The Free phone before Obama was a program to help old folks who could not afford a phone at home.Under Obama,a pimp in Columbus got at least 30 obamaphones. What do you think his ladies used them for?”Can’t find anything about the pimp in Columbus. More myths, methinks.
I don’t know how you can say Social Security and Medicare are FREE entitlements. I’m 67 and worked 45 years paying into SS and later MC. I do not consider that free!!! Yeah maybe Medicaid is an entitlement program, but the other two sure as hell are not. Your kind of american (lowercase on purpose) would have the aged and poor dying in the streets just so the elites can siphon off more of our tax dollars.
Who in America REALLY gets the “free stuff”? Try : GE, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, the Walton family, Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron, Halliburton/KBR, Archer Daniels Midland, ConAgra, Monsanto, Cargill, and well, the Forbes 500 on the corporate side, and a lot of CEOs is a good start on who’s getting the real subsidies and giveaways.
“Under Obama,a pimp in Columbus got at least 30 obamaphones.”It’s called fraud. It’s unfortunate, but it happens quite often. The companies who give out the government subsidized service to unqualified people are defrauding the government. Just as other companies send fraudulent billing to any other government agency. It’s a corporate crime. Tell your congressmen to allow government agencies to prosecute fraudulent corporations more vigorously.
Free stuff? I’ve been paying into social security and Medicare for more than 40 years. I’m 65 and still paying. I also pay for unemployment insurance? But then I’ve never considered those programs entitlements because I have been paying for them. Maybe there’s something else “free” I could get.

The Free Ride is OK with me. Just form a PAC and let people voluntarily donate to their priority. Get govt out of this ‘buy votes’ corruption.
