It works every time (and so does watering your lawn!).

Could this be a medieval example of Murphy’s law?

the spell didn’t work. what worked was the old stand-by, washing the car(riage).it’s like that other old stand-by, taking a bath to make the telephone ring

Since it’s medieval times, shouldn’t the icon symbolizing Wiz’s idea be a torch vs. a light bulb?

Does it rain where you live? Nothing worked until he started washing his coach. Same thing happens when I wash my car.

Washed my car every Saturday for a couple of months in a row only to have it rain the next day…or later that day. Quit washing it for 6 weekends…no rain….washed it again and….you guessed it…started raining before I was finished….

In any event, it’s clear that the Wizard’s magic really IS going the way of Aunt Clara’s!

So far this summer, we haven’t had to do anything to make it rain. About the time the puddles start drying up, we get another flood.

Murphy’s law is not recursive: washing your car to make it rain NEVER WORKS!
