I don’t remember “The Duplex” ever before doing jokes that needed an explanation. If it weren’t for some TV ad (or these comments, I would never have known who these characters are supposed to be. Needing to have it explained cuts pretty deeply into a joke’s impact.
Glenn worked on the first Despicable Me movie so I assume he worked on the second as well. I’m enjoying this Duplex-Minions mashup series. Can’t wait to see where it goes!
