Has Benson forgotten that back in 1995 a wily legislator added the text of the 4th Amendment onto a Republican bill, the Republican majority in Congress at the time quickly voted against it?I’m not sure which was worse…that they didn’t like it, or that they didn’t even recognize it.

Why is the breaking of The 4th Amendment barely getting a whisper of attention, when compared to the outrage shown regarding The 2nd Amendment?
