Lest any of you forget, terrorists attacks against American diplomatic outposts aren’t new. That they are a scandal against the President seems to be. Attacks on US diplomatic outposts 2001 – 2008:U.S. Consulate in India, January 2002U.S. Consulate in Pakistan, June 2002U.S. Consulate in Indonesia, October 2002U.S. Consulate in Pakistan, February 2003U.S. Compound in Saudi Arabia, May 2003U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan, July 2004U.S. Consulate in Saudi Arabia, December 2004,U.S. Consulate in Pakistan, March 2006U.S. Compound in Syria, September. 12, 2006U.S. Embassy in Greece, January 2007,U.S. Embassy in Yemen, March 2008U.S. Consulate in Turkey, July 2008U.S. Embassy in Yemen, September 17, 2008
“Only recently have attacks on US diplomatic outposts had the support of the Occupier of the Oval Office.”
Correction. “Only recently have attacks on US diplomatic outpoosts had the support of the Democrat in Office. When Republicans are in office they don’t happen (which is a way of saying that we ignore them).”
And nine congressional investigations, all hell-bent on finding something criminal, have proven what? Don’t tell me the Republicans are willing to give anyone a pass, yet I still hear the same opinions by people who weren’t there as the most damning “evidence”. I’m willing to wait for Mr. Issa’s conclusions.
“Only recently have attacks on US diplomatic outposts had the support of the Occupier of the Oval Office.”There’s about as much truth in your statement as there is in the BS notion that the Bush Administration orchestrated 9/11.
“Need new material. Essentially same post on another board. ‘Yawn’, sorry.”What, you can’t refute the substance of my post? Yawn. The other comic I posted a similar comment to was the of same topic as this one. Similar or not, my post is valid and on topic.
Onguard: my guy was on the intelligence committee, knew the whole Bush/Cheney plan was a fraud, and voted a resounding “NO”! The press and Republicans branding anyone voting “no” a traitor intimidated way too many. Only too few had courage, and too many courageous troops died for their cowardice.

Hundreds of thousands dead in Iraq and Afghanistan, over 6,000 of our own, right, “what difference does it make”?
