good morning and happy monday locos. El Salvador is celebrating Día del Padre. South Africa is observing Youth Day. Pakastan is observing Shab e-Barat (Night of Salvation). The US has Bunker Hill Day – thought probably just in Mass. Since our johhny is off on another adventure, any volunteers to check it out?

Having stress dreams sets me off on a grumpy morning.

I’m off to the airport momentarily! Bunker Hill day could very well be just a Massachusetts thing; they have a lot of holidays over here that I’d never heard of til now. I would bet that it commemorates the anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill though. I got to see the memorial last fall, and it was really cool. I would recommend seeing it if you’re ever in Boston.

JFri, I learned some basic German from my mom, who is fluent, but it is always nice to defer to the person who speaks more.

Cleo, stress dreams are always the worst. Don’t let yours get you too down.

Hi Dry! My weekends are no different from my week days, except sometimes they are busier!

A friend at church gave me a nice fresh leafy lettuce, like endive from their garden. This year is a good year for lettuce apparently.
