Also don’t see a problem with taking DNA, just like fingerprints from someone ARRESTED. Blood alcohol can be taken from a suspected drunk driver based on “implied consent” and is a lot more invasive procedure.

Governments would save a lot of money and time if cops would just take the keys (both sets) away from a drunk driver and just let him rot in the car.
