I’d like to know that if it’s so cheap to treat ailments in Africa (according to charities), why is it so expensive elsewhere?

Yeah Bush’s Medicare Part D made everything so affordable.
Obamacare… should work at least as good as the DMV, the IRS, USPS, Medicare, and be as open and transparent as the NSA. “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”
With some seniors on a fixed income it’s either medicine or food for the month. Sad for a country like this.
