    He is creating a pretense of exclusivity with the food being served. This is made evident by his referral to a menu in the last frame.

    Dabney was flirting with the server with his sarcastic “serving wench” question. It is pretty clear that he knows the chicken is not the “free range” high-priced stuff. The waitress responded with her own sarcastic comments.
