is the pizza gonna [secretly] have lengua?

Beef tongue would be a bit tough on a pizza I think, unless cooked properly before being added as a topping.

Never had it fried, just boiled or pickled. Both of those are excellent.

I didn’t know Sergio could cook lengua — usually that’s been left to Carmen.

First step to making fried lengua; Drink these two bottles of wine.

Pressure cook the lengua and don’t forget to skin it. Great roast beef!

:-) If you cook lengua from cows & sheep, are you Bi-lengua?Sorry, too much coffee. :-)
