“Y’all know these super-fast trains we have here in Europe? Weeeeell, a few years back Siemens, one of the leaders in the field, entered into a “Joint Venture” with a Chinese company about developing a similar product for the Chinese market. That JV vent bust, for reasons unknown. A few years later they started expanding their rail-network with high-speed trains. And if you squint a little you can even see the Siemens logo on their “domestically developed” product.

We sell shedloads of stuff to China. Audi, Merc, BMW, VW – the lot – they buy it all. Yes, there are cheap knockoffs, but nobody with money would go for that crap. But still, it irks us that they copy our designs and technology so brazenly, without hiding it in any way. How lucky the U.S. must be that they only lead the world in weapons, and who would want to copy those? Oh, wait…"I travel a lot. last month I was in Beijing and shanghai, CHINA, for you right wingers out there, it’s just to the left of japan. China is technologically advanced, has a HUGE amount of manpower they can throw at ‘things’ and in all my travels to wealthy places in the world I have not seen the sheer volume of rolls royces, lamborghini’s, Ferrari’s, Bentley’s, not to mention exotic audi’s, bmws and BUICKS.to make a long story short, when I landed in shanghai I decided to get to my hotel (the waldorf Astoria), the fastest and most convenient way possible, so too took their high speed train. It is the fastest train in the world (so they say, and I think they are correct). it was 40 RMB’s (divide by 6 to get it in US dollars) and got me there cheaper and faster than any rolls, Bentley, lambo or bmw ever couldtoo bad America doesn’t have near the technology. but you right wingers don’t think it’s important. so even though more people want it than don’t, you guys have the power to obstruct, and know how to use it.

^really? I was duped? a lot of the people driving those rolls and lambos WERE impoverished farmers who were bought out. And there is plenty of poverty in china (just like here in the USA).my question to you rightsright, who are claiming I was duped, is this:when was the last time you visited china?
