Dkram, we have a park just across the road from us that provides a perfect view of the City below us. We will spend the evening there watching multiple displays from all over Las Vegas.
We’ll spend the firework hours from our front porch. There’ll be two public displays down in the Valley, plus numerous private displays to be seen. I’m sure the Vegas shows will be the best, though. One of the public shows here mentioned that it will cost 15,000 this year, and they’re asking for donations. That’s a lot more than I expected it to be.
Heat wave is almost over. 93 yesterday, and hopefully cooler this afternoon. :))

I echo what Slim says. Have a happy and safe holiday. Don’t over eat or drink as we want everyone back here on Fri. safe and sound.
