Someone called this yesterday . . . 10:1 odds that the law firm figures out that Knox-Boy messed up on his research and since he’s under age his father takes the fall. Knox trades the X for CKS from the old man.
I can see it now: Jimmy gloats during practice about the case getting dismissed and Knox intentionally botches a double play to deny them the record and a trip to the Playdowns. Gil, losing that extra $250 bonus that would have went towards a family trip (wait a minute, where are the Thorp child — Oh, never mind) goes medieval on Knox, whose attempt to help Darby leads to a major situation.
The Foley Law Firm will still sue Mr. Jarbo for having an inadequate number of gas pumps and for discriminating against people who like to buy Lotto tickets.
You just talked out of turn. Now, none of that stuff counts, and can never be brought up again. Now get out your check book. And don’t say you ain’t got one.
Mr. Jarbo is getting pretty worked up. I wonder if Neon over the door has some kind of biblical implications for Chaldeans. Maybe it’s a big insult or something.

Oops, sorry! Wrong deposition. I’m reading the script for one of the other gas stations we’re suing.

P2 – Oh oh, how do we abbreviate Exploding Ear Syndrome? EES is already used for eyes.

Don’t blame he kid, blame the lawyer. Shouldn’t have at least shown the plaintiff pictures or maybe taken him to the scene to go over what happened?
