Only dogs know how a motorcycle rider feels. You get tears in your ears and bugs in your teeth and it’s worth every mile.

So is letting your four-year-old stick her head and upper body out of the back seat window (partially opened) while driving on a major thoroughfare. I saw this driving home on Okinawa, and really wondered if the mother really cared about her daughter. Sudden stops happen all the time here.

jeffc42: Better than the cliffs there in 1945. Same in Siapan.

It seems like a long time since we’ve seen the legendary “Brevity” dog. It made me wag my tail.

MayKitten: I chose it for my desktop publishing operation. In medieval lore, Rogero used a hippogriff to travel over the world to get information for Charlemagne to use in his campaigns. Since I publish reference works, it seemed logical to identify it with a means of getting information.
