The Winterhawks have moved on to the semifinals of the Memorial Cup with a 4-2 win over Saskagoons. No, that was NOT a typo, just my opinion of their very cheap & dirty play. And they had the very best dishonest referees money can buy. Yet we stuck to our game and came up with another *GRITS*victory. Akenta, tell the folks at home what’s on the calendar…..
good morning and happy thursday locos. today Bangladesh is observing Buddha Purnima/Vesak (which I thought they did a couple days ago, maybe I got my days confused).
We’re having a wind storm tonight, but it doesn’t seem too bad, just noisy.My heart goes out to the continuing misery in OK and wherever tornadoes are pounding through.
I may be scarce for 9 days, maybe not. However, I am cat-sitting two black cats and will be using another computer, so I don’t know how often I’ll get here. Hopefully not a problem.

I am in Cqndo, ND. Memorial service is on Saturday. I am now part of the oldest generation.
