    That was probably back before people knew not to feed chocolate to dogs. Then again, the dots could be raisins.

    Raisins (or grapes) are bad for dogs to eat, also. They can ruin their kidneys.

    Our dogs can be sound asleep and hear me take the bread out of the wrapper regardless of how quite I try to be. I never knew bread could be so noisy. They are usually there before I can put the bread on the counter.

    That reminds me once my cat did something like that, but she was sleepig on my lap up in my room and she heard/sniffed when my granny started to cut up the meat for lunch down in the kitchen.
