First, the huggy mom needs to listen. Then, the other mom can step in with grounding.
I was going to make a comment , but since my daughter is only 12 and is fairly obedient, I am realized I am totally unqualified. Maybe in 3 or 4 years I might have some of the proper experience, but I hope not.
