Who cares whether sports fans and cartoonists care or don’t care that Jason Collins is gay??? That’s not what this is about at all. It’s about Jason Collins and HIS courage to play in a homophobic game openly gay. So, to this cartoonist and these other ignorant commenters, just come out and say you don’t like gay people and you’d rather not discuss their being open in team sports as opposed to trivializing a role model’s courage and making it all about you
