I had crutches once, I was not happy that they hurt your underarms. Nobody told me not to lean on them! I’ve fallen down stairs twice, broke my ankle first time, second time broke a vertabre in my back. That hurt worse than the ankle and took 3 years to heal. But the ankle got a lot more sympathy! LOL
