my Dad is 89 and still drives but NO ONE will ride with him because he scares teh crap out of us. He will not let us drive him and will not give up his keys so he drives alone. sigh
we took his keys, but he had a hidden set and left anyway, we took those and he called the police on us. The officer told us to give them back since he had passed his elder driving test the month before………..so to answer you NO I will not take responsibility because we have done all we can and it seems like the LAW is on his side not ours.
