In prehistorical times a man would wear outlandis clothes and scream and shout and beat sticks on the ground. They called it sorcery.

    It’s called golf now.

I once drove a ball well over three hundred yards, within spitting distance of the green.

    I gave up golf.

I prefer inverse golf. Drink first, then walk around with a club wondering what you’re supposed to do with it.

In golf you hit the ball as far as you can, then you have to go after it. In bowling you throw the ball, have a beer, and look! The ball’s back!

The other day I shot a 48 on the easier front 9. Stopped at the clubhouse and drank a beer. I then shot a 38 on the much harder back nine. Phil Michelson in a can.

Harder than fishing which is one out of two, drown the worms and drink beer.

One out of three? Good enough for baseball.

A few drinks makes the first eighteen holes easier to swallow.

Robin Williams once had THE perfect description of golf. I dare not repeat it here because some of the language is NSFW.

As a lifelong golfer, I can relate to this one.

OK. The BC Open has been going on for how many years now, and the game is just now being introduced/explained???! Does not compute!
