i recommend therapy. everyone get naked and frolick with the wesson oil. might put down a plastic tarp first. you’ll possibly come away with a deeper friendship. and the cleanup could be just as fun.

In any case, what is considered sexist is whatever, in that particular situation, represents or is reinforcing male supremacy. In some situations,or at certain times, a term originally specifying men with a feminine suffix tacked on might appear to be demeaning to women, and thus be objectionable. In a different situation, or at an even slightly different historical moment, the same term might be seen as affirmative.

If you think that’s complicated, try defining the exact circumstances under which it is acceptable for African-Americans to use the N-word.
