At a specific bus transit center in my town, the bathrooms do NOT have paper towel dispensers nor hand-dryers. I always have to use my pants in case I forget my bottled hand sanitizer.
I agree fully! The dryers do not dry hands well at all, and as they are supposed to “reduce pollution” the real problem is that they add significantly to NOISE pollution, which is actually a problem in itself.
I despise those hot-air hand dryers in public men’s rooms. To use them you have to stand in one place with your back to anyone else who might be in the room — like muggers, pickpockets, and NTTAWWTs.
When there is one of those air dryers in a place I go to I just go and get a hand full of napkins off the table or just use toilet paper. I also make it a point to say to them. “You are out of paper towels in the bathroom” just to let them know how I feel about the stupid things.

The b*** gasket works fine as a paper towel on those occasions. Just don’t forget to grab one before you leave the stall.
