You know … now that the right wing extremists here have mentioned it five hundred times, I think I WILL blame Obama for this and start voting Republican.

All the right wing blather above is total baloney. The sequester is ACROSS THE BOARD and Obama has nothing to say. He can’t cut from Obama care to give to the FAA. That would be illegal under congress’s law. He didn’t write the bill, he didn’t pass the bill, he can’t pass a bill reversing it. It’s all in the House’s court. And he didn’t want the sequestration — the GOP was insisting on something, they wouldn’t say what, or they’d destroy the entire economy. They kept not saying what they want, because they’re too cowardly to make the cuts to Medicare and Social Security that they secretly want. Obama said “if you insist, how about this?” and proposed a balanced set of tax raises and budget cuts. “NO WAY! The hostage dies!” Says the GOP. Okay, how about we cut everything in government? It’s a horrible idea. It was supposed to be a horrible idea. But closing tax loopholes on the richest Americans so that they pay the same rate I do is something the GOP would rather destroy the country than accept. Now that we know how essential our government is, the cowardly GOP is trying to blame Obama for it. Sorry, it’s what you voted for, idiots. Stew in it. I just wish you could keep the chaos in your backwards red states and not affect Americans.

The reductions in FAA ATC folks has been a problem for a long time, with long waits on the tarmac, and then airlines NOT being able to return to the gate and offload passengers when there’s a problem because of stupid TSA policies is another “issue”, huh?
