@Jase, there are Al Qaeda training camps in Chechnya; Tamerlan was on a 6 month trip to Moscow and unknown other places January to July 2012. Even before that, in 2010, a "foreign government phoned US authorities to warn them about Tamerlan. -the explosives, home made, were sophisticated according to terrorism experts answering questions on TV. Apparently, Tamerlan came home and taught Dzhokhar. There is a website, on a Russian language social site, where it is reported that pro-Islamic radical sentiments were expressed by the Muslim brothers brought to the USA in 2002 or 2003 as political refugees. They received many benefits for being in America and the younger was sworn into citizenship 6 months before this Jihad bombing of innocent people in Boston at the Marathon. -After Tamerlan was killed in a gunfight with police, it was reported that Dzhokhar posted a threat to kill more Americans for his brother’s death. Do Muslims believe they can murder wholesale and not be pursued by law enforcement? Do Jihadists think when they shoot at police that the police will not shoot back?-The father overseas claims Tamerlan was “an angel”….and maybe he was “an angel of death” as a puppet of Satan.
