Could it be that the trickle down policies of the last 30 years have increased the urban ghettoization of blacks which means they don’t have access to space large enough to accommodate baseball diamonds and instead play basketball which can be played in a much smaller space.
Actually “culluds” played major league baseball in the 19th century. Jim Crow is predominantly a 20th century action. The Negro League occasionally played exhibition games against Major Leagues – and won more games than they lost.
Of course it does. Nothing like blatantly manipulating statistics to prove something that isn’t actually true. As a teacher of mine used to say, “Figures don’t lie, but liars can figure.”
