The Pre amp came a while ago and we got it hooked up. I am running Rory Gallagher now and had it on for Jim earlier. He knows who Rory is. He also stayed long enough to do an episode of “Star Track – The Next Hesitation” and enjoyed the humor.
I like Mr. Cash’s music since the “Boy Named Sue” song came out in ‘69 and now have a number of Cd reissues from the 1960s and the early Sun recordings and I think, four out of five of the American recordings that he did near the end of his life. In fact, I will run “Blood Sweat And Tears” later as it has a really good sound, for something of the early 1960s. He was on Columbia which, in my opinion, was one of if not the premier place to record back in them days. This baby is sounding sweet !

Linda, “slightly naughty humor”? At our age, we are allowed!You should have seen my mom and aunts and uncle ( all Italian) get together! Lord, I miss those days, me and my cousins would sit around the BIG kitchen table and take in their stories at Sunday meal times when we all got together a few times a year. And of course, we had milk or juice while they had the wine and beer (BUT NEVER TOO MUCH!) Oh that was fun! And then, when me and the cousins became adults, and had family reunions, well, there was a bunch of us, and then it got REAL interesting, LOL! Soccor, tennis, volleyball, Chinese auctions, all with a few under our belts! BUT NOT TOO MUCH!
