It seems to me that this might be based on an actual case. I can remember reading in the newspapers about a similar case in Texas.

I hope Slim has afew more bucks for the doughnut fund.

Well it was about 10 months ago, I must have read it late. In Cleveland. I don’t know if the link will show, but if not you can google it. Same situation, cited for littering because a bill fell to the ground.

Here in KS south central we are seeing more homeless either asking for money or food sign shows hard times. Due to lack of jobs. Employers will not hire potential workers. I do not find strip funny but sad.

The cop knows something about US money that people voting for Republicans and Democrats don’t.

Check the Not Guilty box on the ticket and plead your innocence to the judge. Cops don’t give a darn. They just write out tickets.
