I have been playing “Pick up the cat from the keyboard and replace on the side table for skritches. Repeat ad naseum.” all afternoon. I can mouse with one hand and skritch the cat’s face and ears with the other, but today she is in such a velcro mood, not wanting to be separated from me.

Contrary to what you might think, having a cat for a pet is not wrong. My cat is almost 12 years old, and just requires a little attention.

The cat is the first one that greets me when I arrive home and often cuddles up next to me when I’s going to sleep. It’s not all about food you know.
