What special apparatus? There is an extra garbage container in there for sanitary napkins with a note somewhere to not flush them down the toilet. And sometimes a changing table for people wanting to change babies’ diapers. That’s all.
Baby tables, tampon machines, condom machines, soap dispensers, towel dispensers, blower dryers. Surprised there’s room for stalls.
To me, urinals seem way more specialized than anything in the ladies room. Judging by her sarcastic response, I’d say Betty feels the same way.
