I can picture Luddie on the couch playing Angry Birds all day……

I know someone already did this…but, as a few people yesterday were still posting their hopes that Luddie wouldn’t change…and one person was calling him a new character….

Once again….a link back to this same week of strips, when it was first published, in April 2010.

It starts with Arlo birdwatching, then moves into the Luddie arc….

And as you can see… after that it returned to the present…and will again.

How did his tail suddenly get tweaked?

He has to tell a cat not to think?

Like the thought bubble vs. actually speaking! Hoping it trends that way!

New arc, please.

Luddie should remain a normal cat, but the addition of thought balloons could be amusing, and provide an opportunity to expand and develop this interesting character. It would also please all the cat lovers in the audience.

Arlo will suddenly awaken from his nightmare with Luddie purring in his ear. He’ll scream and Janis will just look at him.

I guess if Brian Griffin can do it, nevermind we don’t need two Brians.

I love this strip but my cat (Shadow Remington Bigfoot) refuses to look at it on screen. Occasionally will sit on it in newspapers.

This is his tribute to Schulz… Luddy as Snoopy and Arlo as Lucy… :o)
