This cartoon comes right from Marty’s life. She returned everything. She bought me a birthday present one time, I left the gift at her house and by the time I got back to pick it up, she already returned it! So…one Christmas I bought her a gift, then I returned it without even giving it to her and put the return slip in her Christmas card. She loved it!!
It’s like a gift certificate, as we used to call them; gift cards now! Definitely a good choice for a teen with all the fashion pressures teen girls seem to have. I’ve always thought t’s more fun to unwrap an actual gift, even if you end up returning it, than a card. Either way, there’s a shopping trip involved, though!
